We have established close relationships with local farmers, sustainable seafood farms and humanely treated animal’s farms, while offering the most exquisite, innovative and delicious flavors with our high culinary standards.
We maintain these standards by serving cage free eggs, crate free pork and veal, Certified Sustainable seafood, all natural hormone free or organic chicken and turkey. Our Shellfish is either local or comes from farms with recirculating water systems and our beef is grass fed and hormone free. We continue to expand our vegetarian options.
