Jeffrey Kramer, Chef and owner of Topanga Catering Company graduated from the California Culinary Academy in 1988. During this time he worked at several prestigious restaurants including Chez Panisse, French Laundry and Fleur De Lys, and in time moving on to many prominent restaurants and hotels including the original Bistro Gardens in Beverly Hills, Beverly Wilshire Hotel, Saddlepeak Lodge, Wolfgang Puck & Border Grill
In 1998 Jeffrey started his own business as a Private Chef and Caterer to many in the Entertainment world. His creativity, skill, confidence and passion for cooking created a buzz within the industry and he finds himself in demand for his creative menus, exquisite private parties and large themed events.
